When applying for a short-term residence permit in real estate for real estate with the date of acquisition from 16.10.2023 onwards, a requirement will be requested that the sale price of the title be at least 200,000 $, depending on the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the day of receipt of the title (the date of acquisition of the title) for all cities. The real estate valuation report will not be accepted in documents purchased after 16.10.2023 and will be based on the selling value of the document.
Applications for real estate with an acquisition date before 16.10.2023 do not fall under the scope of this application.
For real estate purchased from 26.04.2022 to 16.10.2023, a claim of 75 thousand US dollars for megacities and 50 thousand US dollars for other cities will continue to be requested, and a report on the valuation of real estate will continue to be requested
